3. Products & Delivery
The prices of the products indicated are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all normal taxes. At the moment we only sell and ship to Switzerland. All our products are shipped from Switzerland and no custom will be asked.
The products and prices published in the online store are considered as offers. However, these offers are always subject to the resolutive condition of an impossibility of delivery or an erroneous price indication.
Product images in advertising, the online store, etc. are for illustrative purposes and are not binding.
The product information in the online store is presented in the most user-friendly way possible, but is not binding.
Digital products sold on this website are intended for a personal use only. Sharing them with anyone without a proper authorization from boardgames-3dprints.ch is not allowed.
The products if available in stock will be sent within a maximum of 7 working days to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of the order.
The delivery date and stock state are indicative and not guaranteed.
We cannot be held responsible for delays and damages due to third parties.
The customer must check the contents of the order upon arrival if it appears to have been opened or if there are obvious signs of damage. In this case, the customer must inform the customer service within three (3) working days following the delivery of the products. After this deadline, no claims will be considered.
A return of the products is only possible after confirmation with the after-sales service.
We cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind that may result from improper use of the products.

We are using Stripe to process all payments made on this website.
In accordance with the regulations in force, customer’s card details are neither stored nor recorded by our services.
